Animal Kingdom Quilt Series

Patchwork Phyla is a textile illustration project that explores the animal kingdom through bold, narrative quilt designs. The series focuses on phyla such as Arthropoda (land and sea), Cnidaria, Mollusca, and Chordata divided into freshwater, saltwater, reptile and amphibian, and land animals. Each piece combines digital surface design illustration with quilting techniques to celebrate the diversity and beauty of animal life.

Designed as a surface design collection for bedding, Patchwork Phyla is intended to be developed into a bedspread series marketed toward Gen-Z and Millennial consumers.
